Primjena ERP sustava za poboljÅ”anje koordinacije internog dobavljaÄkog lanca
In today\u27s competitive global market, one of the most effective ways towards achieving competitive advantage has been the ability to accelerate the supply chain process through ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. ERP enables a more efficient internal and external supply chain. Enterprise resource planning system is an information system that manages all aspects of a business (production planning, sales, distribution, accounting, purchasing and customer services). Planning system is the core of an ERP system. The aim of this paper is to propose a hierarchical planning and scheduling model based on just-in-time principle to improve internal supply chain coordination for one-piece and small batch production.
The model is implemented into the system ERPINS (Enterprise Resource Planning ININ Solutions) that is developed for metal processing industry, wood and food processing industry and construction industry.
Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing: Bibliometric and Content Analysis
The period of the fourth industrial revolution, called Industry 4.0, is characterized by new, innovative technologies, such as Cloud Computing, the Internet of Things, the Industrial Internet of Things, Big Data, Blockchain, Cyber-Physical Systems, Artificial Intelligence, etc. Artificial Intelligence technology plays a significant role in modern manufacturing, particularly in the context of the Industry 4.0 paradigm. This article offers a visual and a comprehensive study on the application of Artificial Intelligence in manufacturing. Existing scholarly literature on Artificial Intelligence in manufacturing, within the Web of Science Core Collection databases, is examined in two periods: 1979ā2010 and 2011ā2019, respectively, before and after the emergency of the term Industry 4.0. Bibliometric and content analysis of relevant literature is conducted and key findings are subsequently identified. The results indicate that the most important topics today are cyber-physical systems and smart manufacturing; deep learning and big data; and real-time scheduling algorithms
Community-acquired pneumonia in children Recommendations of the Croatian Society for Pediatric Pulmonology of the Croatian Medical Association
LijeÄenje djeteta s izvanbolniÄkom upalom pluÄa ukljuÄuje primjenu simptomatskih mjera i u veÄine bolesnika antimikrobnu terapiju. U radu su prikazane kliniÄke preporuke Hrvatskog druÅ”tva za pedijatrijsku pulmologiju radi ujednaÄenja postupaka i kriterija postavljanja dijagnoze, lijeÄenja i prevencije izvanbolniÄkih upala pluÄa u djece.Community-acquired pneumonia is potentially serious infection in children. The diagnosis can be based on the history and clinical signs and symptoms. Additional diagnostic tests (laboratory, imaging, and microbiology) may be helpful when diagnosis is unclear. The most likely etiology depends on a number of factors such as seasonality, geographic location, the age of child, and the severity of disease. Treatment involves symptomatic measures, and in most children antibiotic therapy. This paper presents the clinical guidelines of the Croatian Society of Pediatric Pulmonology to standardize the procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of children with community-acquired pneumonia
